I'm getting so bad at doing new posts daily but as someone who is just starting out, it's really hard to think of things to write about.  I really need to talk to some of these people who relentlessly write on about topics that are interesting.  They really know what they are doing.  

Today, as I woke up at the wrong time of... 8:00 am, I was perusing the internet until I found myself at the myspace music pages.  I know a lot of people who hate them, but I absolutely love going to these sites.  It gives me the pleasure of finding new artists, listening to their music, and deciding whether I want to listen to them more, absolutely free.  It's really the best way to go.  I have come to love artists like Tofer Brown, whose melodic acoustic tunes are quite fascinating, and bands like We The Living, who sound like any other band out there today, but yet, their site is the one I keep going to.   I actually found a new artist today who I think is really good for someone who doesn't have a lot of fans on their site.  The project's name is Civalias.  The one and only guy of the band is named Adam Stidham and he only has four songs on his site.  Yet, he sounds professional, reminding me of artists like Damien Rice and Coldplay.  In one of his blogs, he performs with frontman of We The Living, John Paul Roney, headlining the song 'Viva La Vida', the current hit by Coldplay.  I have to say, it certainly can rival the original.  A song I'd have to recommend would be "My Oh My".  Everyone should go listen to this.  It's really good.
