Cakes!

My sister put  me in charge of looking for cool cake ideas for my niece's birthday party.  At first, I was really excited, because a few years ago I found this website called bored.com, and it had this link to really unique cakes.  I had this dream that she would somehow bring these cakes into fruition, but then I realized, I don't think any normal person can actually recreate some of the cakes I have seen.  It's cool when there are recipes attached, but when you are just looking at this masterpiece of art (that will only be eaten in minutes), you just know that only someone who has a LOT of time (and money) on their hands can do it.  It's really hard to try to find ideas online, because you either find really stupid sheet cakes with ordinary decorations on them, or you find insanely clever kinds.  Finally, though, I looked on Family Fun's website (which is a magazine to those who don't know) and they had somewhat cool ideas AND recipes.  How lucky is that?  Here's an awesome Mario cake that I wish someday to make (but I will not be able to):
