X GAMES

It's the middle of the summer and you know what that means!  XGames!  I am so excited about them.  They are like the Olympics, only better, because dirtbikes are involved.  Speaking of the Olympics, did you hear that BMX Motocross is going to be a main event?  That's SO cool.  Not that BMX bikes could ever replace the real thing, but still, it's a step up.  Maybe one day they will actually have Supercross or Motocross there.  I'd tune in.  Anyway, this year I'm kind of sad to watch the XGames.  Last time I watched, Colin McRae faced off against Travis Pastrana in a grueling race to the finish line during the car race (I can't remember what it was called!!)  At the last second, Travis Pastrana raced past Colin McRae as he flipped over his car, only to miss ONE second of his counted time!  How much talent is in that?  Well..Colin Mcrae died last year.  It was so sad and a lot of the time I can't even believe it.  Maybe they will do some kind of memorium at the show.  I'm so excited to watch them.  I DVRd the first night (TONIGHT!) and I'm going to watch it tomorrow, which also has a show to be DVRd.  I'm so excited, you have no idea.  They are so much better than the Olympics.
